Natalia Vargas-Montag is a business advisor with the UGA Small Business Development Center in Gwinnett. She joined the team in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience as a small-business owner, loan officer and marketing manager. Natalia began her career with Accion USA in Atlanta before moving into marketing leadership roles at AT&T and LG Electronics. She also built and managed a short-term rental business, overseeing its operations and growth.
With experience in lending, marketing and entrepreneurship, Natalia helps small businesses strengthen their planning, marketing, financial management and growth strategies. She applies her expertise to support the success of Georgia's small-business community.
