Jessica Hearn joined the UGA Small Business Development Center as the Business Manager in April of 2014, and also serves as the department’s Human Resources Coordinator. She assists with daily business activities involving position and compensation management, UGA Foundation transactions and P-Card purchases.

Before joining the SBDC, she worked for four years in the Human Resources department at Athens Regional Medical Center, assisting employees with their benefits and FMLA requests.
