Casey Semple is the program assistant for the UGA Small Business Development Center at Valdosta State University. She is the initial point of contact for the Valdosta office, connecting clients and partners with the appropriate resources, services and consulting support.

Casey joined the Valdosta team in 2025, bringing with her more than seven years of administrative experience and over five years of event planning expertise. Prior to joining the UGA SBDC, she served as an event planner with the Institute of Continuing Judicial Education of Georgia (ICJE) in Athens, GA—a department within the UGA School of Law—where she managed databases and supported both on-site and virtual event coordination.
