ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

There is a major ownership transition underway in the small business market.

More than half the businesses are owned by people age 55 or older that are ready to retire and sell their business. At the same time, younger entrepreneurs are increasingly interested in buying existing businesses, rather than starting one from scratch. Participants will learn how to locate, value and buy one of these companies. Find out the best industries to consider, how to perform your due diligence and what to consider when evaluating a potential business.

Starts in 2 months!

LEARN HOW TO:

  • Identify a good business to acquire
  • Determine what a business is really worth and analyze financial statements
  • Structure the acquisition
  • Negotiate and purchase the business
  • Understand seller financing and SBA financing
