ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

This symposium provides the tools, financial insights, and leadership framework required to transition from over-whelmed to an in-control business owner.
Many business owners find themselves trapped in the daily grind, running operations instead of growing a scalable company. Through four targeted modules, you will learn how to make data-driven decisions, optimize financial health, and build a team that drives results without your constant oversight. We will touch on your business scorecard, how to run a financial physical on your business, how to position the right people on your team, and how to shift to a hands-off business owner.
