ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Every employee is your sales team.
While you might have a defined sales team, it's not just them that the customers interact with. In fact, every touch-point with the customer is an opportunity to sell them on why your company is the right choice. From the first phone call to the follow up after the job is completed, each engagement with everyone in your company is a selling opportunity. Are your employees selling, or are they costing your money by not being equipped with the right tools?
