ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Your franchise's success depends on more than the franchisor's marketing efforts.

While franchisors provide brand recognition, marketing resources, and approved promotional materials, franchisees play a critical role in attracting and retaining customers at the local level. This workshop explores the balance between franchise brand compliance and local marketing initiatives. Participants will learn practical strategies to build community connections, strengthen their digital presence, create engaging local content, leverage customer reviews, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business. Discover how to take ownership of your local marketing efforts while protecting and enhancing the franchise brand.
