Many small business owners know they need to use Facebook and Instagram, but get overwhelmed when Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager, pages, profiles, settings, and connected accounts all start to blur together.
This 90-minute live webinar gives business owners a beginner-friendly guided tour of Meta’s business ecosystem. You will learn what each tool is designed to do, how the platforms connect, and where to find the features and settings you are most likely to use when managing your business’s online presence.
This session focuses on navigation and understanding, not advanced advertising or content strategy. It is designed to help you feel more confident using Meta’s tools before moving on to more advanced marketing tactics.
This will be a two-part series that can be taken together or separately.

My name is Mandy Edwards, and I am ME Marketing Services. Alongside a remote team, we are the oldest digital marketing agency in Southeast Georgia. I have always had a desire to help others. After 10+ years in sales and marketing, I branched out in 2011 on my own to start ME Marketing Services. It all started when I graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with a degree in General Business & Marketing in 2001. My heart is in serving businesses. I work continually to educate myself in the latest in social media and digital marketing – from AI, apps, tools, Terms of Service changes, to platform changes. I serve businesses in consulting, training, and managing social media. And in the last few years, we’ve expanded and added website design.
