Lisa Rackley is the area director and a senior business consultant at the UGA SBDC in Macon, serving small businesses in Middle Georgia. Prior to joining the SBDC, she worked in Human Resources for a global manufacturing facility. Lisa has presented educational workshops to audiences throughout Georgia and at America’s SBDC national conferences. Her presentation topics covered areas such as talent recruitment and retention and HR best practices. She is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional. She holds an MBA from Georgia College and a BS in Management from Florida State University.

Peter Williams is a Senior Business Consultant, serving small businesses in Middle Georgia. With his assistance, Peter's clients have started over 200 new businesses and obtained over $125 million in capital from banks and investors. Peter has presented educational workshops to audiences throughout Georgia and beyond, including six times at America’s SBDC’s national conferences, on topics including LinkedIn strategy, small business acquisitions, and many others. Prior to joining the SBDC in 2013, Peter operated a highly successful merger and acquisition advisory firm he founded and previously served as a principal of a private equity investment firm.
