ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Many business owners spend most of their time putting out fires, handling customer needs, and managing day-to-day operations.
While staying busy feels productive, it can make it difficult to focus on what will actually help the business grow. This practical workshop will show you how to take a step back, evaluate where your business stands today, and focus on the strategic and high-impact activities for the next stage of your business. Whether you are launching a new business or trying to break through a plateau, this session will help you gain clarity, focus your efforts, and make more confident business decisions.
