ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Ai has evolved from "What is ChatGPT" to a rapidly expanding set of tools embedded across business functions.
In this class, you'll learn how AI can support every business functional area, including marketing, customer service, finance, HR, operations, and leadership. You'll see practical examples of small businesses using AI to work smarter, generate stronger ideas, and make better use of the information they already have. Just as importantly, you'll learn to use AI responsibly in an environment where technology, expectations, and public sentiment are constantly evolving, exploring where these tools shine, where they fall short, and how to keep a human in the loop. Used strategically, AI can become one of your most valuable team members, helping you make sharper decisions, reclaim hours of busy work, and operate more efficiently.
We would like to thank First Horizon Bank for their generous support of this program.
