ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Great customer service doesn't just come from polite customer interactions; it is fueled behind the scenes by a strong team Culture.
This course moves from basic "politeness" to explore the mechanics of building a "Culture" of customer service and leveraging technology to answer the most important question: "Are we retaining customers, or are we always having to chase new ones?"
