This two-hour session is an overview designed for business owners who want to sharpen their financial acumen and make more informed, data-driven decisions. We’ll break down the key financial statements—income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow—and show you how to read between the lines to uncover trends, spot red flags, and identify opportunities for growth.
No accounting degree required—just a desire to better understand the financial story your business is telling. This is also a collaborative space to ask questions, share insights, and connect with fellow business leaders navigating similar challenges.
