  • Establecer sistemas internos que transmitan profesionalismo y credibilidad para formalizar tu negocio y dejar atrás el caos y la informalidad.
  • Preparar tus finanzas para buscar y acceder el capital necesario que te ayudara a hacer crecer tu negocio. Descubre qué documentos y reportes necesitas para acercarte con confianza a un Banco o Inversionista.
  • Conocer a tu cliente ideal y cómo llegar a él. Identifica tu mercado ideal y desarrolla una estrategia clara de posicionamiento.
  • Utilizar el Marketing Digital para aumentar tu visibilidad y crea un plan de acción para atraer clientes usando redes sociales, y campañas digitales.
  • Aplicar Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar las estrategias de mercadeo de tu negocio. Aprende cómo las herramientas de IA pueden ayudarte a automatizar tareas, y generar contenido.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTORS

Nora Guzman

Nora Guzman serves as a business advisor for the UGA SBDC in Rome and Gainesville. She has a diverse background with experience in management, human resources, manufacturing, quality assurance and accounting/tax planning. Prior to joining the UGA SBDC, Nora worked for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, an international software education company, and her own consulting firm. Nora received her undergraduate in Business Administration and MBA in Management from Shorter University.

This program is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and is supported by federal taxpayer funds. By registering, you certify that you are legally authorized to receive services funded by U.S. taxpayer dollars, in accordance with applicable federal law and regulations.
