Her expertise includes marketing, communications, brand and graphic design, process analysis, SEO, and AI. Through her training programs, Robbie equips entrepreneurs to compete in today's business landscape. She is a lead contributor to America's SBDC AI U, supported by Google.org, certifying consultants nationwide to help businesses implement AI. Robbie holds a dual certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) | AMA Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) from the Digital Marketing Institute and American Marketing Association, plus certificates in Instructional Design and Nonprofit Organization Management.

Nicole Jordan is the communication specialist in the state office at the UGA Small Business Development Center. Nicole specializes in graphic design, user-experience and user-interface.

Prior to joining the SBDC team, Nicole served in roles such as social media strategist, website coordinator and media coordinator. Nicole’s experience combined with her education positions her well to positively impact the UGA SBDC.

The UGA Small Business Development Center is a Public Service and Outreach unit of the University of Georgia. This program is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and is supported by federal taxpayer funds.
