Molly Pettitt is the assistant to the director for strategic initiatives at the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (UGA SBDC), where she provides high-level support to the director and leadership team.
Her work centers on personnel coordination, internal communications, and the management of special projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior to her current role, Molly served in roles with the UGA SBDC’s Gainesville field office and the SBDC’s Continuing Education Department, gaining valuable experience in both client service and program operations. Molly has been recognized as 40 under 40 for the National Association of Small Business Development Centers. She brings a strong commitment to supporting and advancing the SBDC’s mission of serving Georgia’s small business community.
