Etta James assists the UGA SBDC as an administrative associate, initial point of contact, and resource guide. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Communications Studies focusing on both professional communication and family communication ethics.
Prior to joining the UGA SBDC, she served as an office assistant for the UGA Geography Department, engaged in event planning, and provided social media marketing to small businesses. With a passion for professional development, she supports the management and organization of the SBDC as their liaison.
