April J. Lewis is a graduate of American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of graphic design & marketing and over 10 years’ experience in project management. Prior to joining UGA SBDC at Morehouse College, April successfully co-founded and managed a family-owned tech company and has participated in many Atlanta based business cohorts and programs including Village Micro Fund, The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs, and others.
As an Atlanta native, April has a deep-rooted family history at the AUC, with her grandfather, several uncles and cousins graduating from Morehouse, mother and sister graduating from CAU, and aunts graduating from Spelman. She is excited to bring her creativity, project management skills, and passion for entrepreneurship to the program coordinator position at UGA SBDC at Morehouse.
