In addition to educational trainings, we provide confidential, no-cost, one-on-one business consulting (by appointment) to owners of for-profit Georgia businesses.
If you are starting a new business and would like to meet with a business consultant, we request that you have a business plan (or a draft) on hand. If you do not have a business plan, we can suggest some resources including this online template or one of the workbooks below. You can also contact us for more information.
Is this your first time developing a business plan? We understand that you may have a lot of questions, and often, our class on Writing a Business Plan is a great starting point. Once you have outlined a preliminary business plan ‘on paper,’ so to speak, we can help you fill in missing pieces. If you have questions about scheduling an appointment with a business consultant at the UGA SBDC at Morehouse, please email [email protected].
The UGA SBDC in funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
All SBDC services are provided in a nondiscriminatory way to all legal residents and citizens in the United States. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
The UGA SBDC is an accredited member of America’s SBDC.
