ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

In this program, you'll learn why scorecards and dashboards are essential management tools, how they influence business behavior, and which metrics matter most for your business.
Many business owners know their revenue numbers, but few consistently measure the key indicators that drive long-term success. A well-designed business scorecard helps you move beyond gut instinct and make informed decisions based on real performance data. We'll explore industry benchmarks, discuss the "Big 3" categories every business should track, and guide you through creating a customized scorecard you can begin using immediately. Whether you're building a scorecard for the first time or refining an existing one, this session will help you focus on the numbers that truly drive results.
