Dr. Richard Schnitker, business consultant, is an experienced business consultant with 42+ years in security and contract management for commercial and government sectors. He is also a certified behavioral consultant (DiSC) and prior business franchise owner who specializes in leadership, coaching, education, business development, team development, transformation and change management. Richard has a proven track record as a program manager, adept at risk mitigation and compliance. A dynamic educator specializing in business concepts and hospitality services and served as executive director/CEO of a 501(c)(3) organization, driving mission-driven impact and organizational growth through strategic leadership.

The UGA Small Business Development Center is a Public Service and Outreach unit of the University of Georgia.
