Join Joe Zirkel, Business Consultant at the UGA Small Business Development Center at Kennesaw State University, for a hands-on workshop designed to help small business owners gain confidence in financial management. This class breaks down the essentials of financial literacy and gives you the tools to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Through real-world examples and interactive exercises, you’ll walk away with practical insights to evaluate your company’s financial health, develop strategies for improvement, and communicate financial performance effectively within your organization.

Joe Zirkel
Joe Zirkel is a Business Consultant at UGA SBDC, Kennesaw State University, with 25+ years of diverse small business expertise. His journey commenced as an auditor in New York, evolving into VP roles in operations, finance, and small business lending in Atlanta. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Joe holds an EMBA from Kennesaw State University and a BA in Accounting from Hofstra University. His multifaceted experience spans accounting, manufacturing, operations, and lending, enriching his capacity to guide businesses effectively. With a solid educational foundation and hands-on industry acumen, Joe excels in driving growth and profitability for small enterprises.
