When longtime Georgia entrepreneur Chadwick Peck spotted two run-down buildings in downtown Demorest, he didn’t see blight – he saw opportunity. With help from the UGA SBDC Specialty Programs Division and its SSBCI business advisors, Peck secured the funding he needed to bring these properties back to life.
The UGA SBDC is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
