ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Streamlining Operations for Success is a practical workshop designed to help professionals improve productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and create more effective workflows.

Participants will learn how to map and analyze processes, leverage AI and automation tools, run action-oriented team meetings, and apply the E.A.S.E. Framework to drive continuous improvement.

Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, attendees will identify opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks, clarify roles and responsibilities, track meaningful performance metrics, and enhance team collaboration.

Drew Zoller

Drew Zoller has over 20 years of experience in market analysis, marketing strategy, and business consulting. He works with small businesses as a consultant with the UGA SBDC, helping clients with business planning, financial analysis, and go-to-market strategy.

His expertise spans digital marketing, customer and competitor research, and the application of AI to modern marketing strategy. Drew has worked across technology, consumer products, and industrial sectors, and holds two US patents - one licensed to a major promotional products company. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mexico and holds experience in real estate investment and property management.

The UGA Small Business Development Center is a Public Service and Outreach unit of the University of Georgia. This program is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and is supported by federal taxpayer funds.
