The class will also address best practices in getting your business included in AI responses. AI platforms addressed will include: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Canva and more.

Nema Etheridge is the area director of the UGA SBDC in Albany. Prior to joining the SBDC, she spent 15 years creating marketing content for small businesses. As a marketing director for a coffee company, she managed content creation for two e-commerce sites. She is well versed in content management, email marketing, search engine optimization, social media marketing, web-based advertising, and online brand management.
This program is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and is supported by federal taxpayer funds.
