Ivan Alvarez is President and Managing Partner of Hospitality Control Solutions (HCS), a Nashville-based provider of NCR Voyix Aloha POS systems. With decades of leadership experience, Ivan is transforming restaurant technology for small and mid-sized businesses by delivering intuitive, scalable solutions backed by local support. In 2024, he led HCS’s acquisition by NextGen Technology Services, enhancing its ability to offer enterprise-grade tools with personalized service. Ivan’s strategic focus includes mobile payments, online ordering, and PCI compliance.
