ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The restaurant industry is one of the most challenging to enter and operate successfully.

Our restaurant series is designed to guide you through each step of opening a restaurant, from your initial idea to a fully functioning food service business.

Module 1 covers the essentials: developing your concept, designing your menu, selecting a location, identifying equipment needs, and planning your kitchen layout—all leading up to opening day.

This is the first of four modules in the Restaurant Series. Each module can be taken individually, but we recommend completing the full series for the most comprehensive experience.

Starts in 2 months!
