ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Are you confident in making financial decisions for your childcare business?

Understanding the financial structure of your center is essential. To ensure sustainability, centers must plan strategically and set service prices based on the true cost of care. By utilizing financial statements—such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports—centers can effectively budget, analyze expenses, manage wages, and identify growth opportunities. Join this session for an interactive, hands-on experience where you'll explore key financial terms and gain a deeper understanding of your financial statements!

Starts in 2 months!

LEARN HOW TO:

  • Interpret key financial statements—balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports—to make informed business decisions.
  • Develop a strategic budgeting plan that aligns service pricing with the true cost of care for long-term financial stability.
  • Analyze program expenses, wages, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and sustainability in your childcare business.
