Lisa Rackley

Lisa Rackley is the area director of the UGA SBDC in Macon. She has worked with the SBDC since 2007 serving small business owners focusing on human resources. Before joining the SBDC, she worked in HR for a global manufacturing facility specializing in recruiting and project management. She has extensive experience working with employee benefits consulting firms. Lisa has a BS in human resources management from Florida State University and earned her MBA from Georgia College and State University. She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional.
