This course will cover the three pillars of effective SEO, how to buy Google Ads using a primer on keywords and the Google Smart Ads Ai program, and how to set up a Google My Business Profile. The content is targeted to owners/operators to be able to do some of the basic digital marketing themselves, and also to effectively oversee a good value agency to do some of the more technical digital marketing tasks.

John Stowell, a Business Consultant at the UGA SBDC in Gwinnett, is a twenty plus year brand marketer and has launched multiple brands and products. He spent 15 years with Coca-Cola in brand and new product marketing, launching the Gold Peak Iced Tea brand from scratch (now $1 Billion in revenue) and earned a digital marketing certificate from the American Marketing Association. John earned his MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and DBA from Georgia State University.
