Prior to starting her franchise consulting business in 2021, Erin was a corporate team member across 3 franchised companies within retail and senior care for 20 years. She consulted with new and established franchise owners on sales and operations, and project managed hundreds of new franchise start-ups. Erin has a thorough knowledge of how a franchise should (and should not) operate. Today, Erin works with both individuals and private companies that have an interest in franchising. She provides personalized guidance and industry resources, insider knowledge of franchise opportunities, education on the franchisor-franchisee relationship, and professional guidance throughout the entire process.
