The UGA SBDC is partnering with the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) 111 years of experience in fostering relationships between small businesses and the public, to bring you this program. Having an effective plan and the right people in place to address customer concerns before they arise is key, and this class will help you to do just that.

Kimber has worked in the non-profit sector for 10 years, with roles in program and business development. She’s been with Better Business Bureau for 6 years, initially in Nashville serving as Regional Vice-President in Williamson County and came to BBB of Atlanta & NE Georgia in 2021. She’s BBB’s Strategic Partnerships Lead – managing & growing the organization’s partnerships and programs, and creating and facilitating the organization’s educational programming including: Introduction to BBB, How to Exceed Customer Expectations, Reputation Management, and Fraud Prevention & Scams.
She has been coaching others in leadership development & personal development for the past 5 years.
