Franchise consultant Mike Ciccarelli helps individuals find franchise opportunities that align with their financial, lifestyle, and career goals. With more than 25 years in the franchise industry, he is a Certified Franchise Consultant with experience as a multi-unit and master franchisee, as well as a corporate executive. Mike educates clients about franchising and guides them through the due-diligence process, ensuring a good fit without pressure. He believes there’s an ideal franchise among the 4,000+ options available, tailored to personal goals and lifestyle. Outside work, Mike enjoys family time, traveling, and real estate pursuits.
Doug Stout began his franchising career 12 years ago with a home-based franchise, TES, which he owned for 10 years, earning top coach awards, and speaking at industry conferences. His second venture was as a Master Developer with Always Best Care, where he developed territories in North and South Carolina before being bought out by his partners. For his third franchise, Pro Martial, he shifted to semi-absentee ownership. Currently, Doug is involved in franchise consulting and development with ARCpoint Labs. Passionate about helping others achieve business ownership, he has experience in ownership, coaching, and consulting. Originally from West Virginia, Doug lives in Greenville, SC.
