ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Many businesses are overwhelmed by customer data making it difficult to make data-driven decisions.

This can lead to missed opportunities, frustrated customers, and a chaotic sales funnel. If this sounds like you, it might be time to consider implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. A CRM is more than just a list of your contacts, it's a powerful tool that streamlines sales processes, manages customer relationships, improves customer service, boosts efficiencies, and serves as a catalyst for business growth. In this class, you'll learn how to assess if a CRM is right for your business, map out your internal sales and communications procedures, speak to CRM vendors from an informed perspective, and navigate the implementation process with confidence.
