ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

In this class we will define the key financial statements for a business and how to use them to make your business more stable and successful.

Since each business segment has different levels of risk and outside forces that can impact the business – we will cover how to identify and use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your specific industry.  We will identify and discuss different types of financing options and which are the most appropriate for your business.  We will also talk about alternative forms of financing including the potential for Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) for your business.
