We will look at measurable outcomes that will promote success through specific skills and tools to enhance your marketing. The participant will:

  • gain knowledge on how to take their marketing strategy to another level
  • understand their strengths and weaknesses in bringing the right message to the right target, at the right time 
  • pick out their specific keywords that will be used to create SEO, branding materials, and their elevator speech for networking
  • develop better knowledge of creating an introduction that outlines their starting point, target market, and competitors

PROGRAM INSTRUCTORS

Todd Anduze

Todd Anduze is the Area Director for the UGA SBDC at the University of West Georgia. He served in the United States Navy during the Desert Storm campaign as a Plane Captain for the A-6 Intruder. After service, he spent 4 years as a warehouse manager for WAWD-EAP and 12 years in management at Lafarge North America. He then transitioned to accounting with Jack F. Gamel, CPA, which equipped him with financial expertise to offer tax services and financial advice. Todd’s diverse background in military, retail, manufacturing, and accounting uniquely positions him to serve and advocate for UGA SBDC clients.

Troy Vollenweider

Troy Vollenweider is a Business Consultant for the UGA SBDC at the University of West Georgia. He has extensive experience from previously held financial and operational positions in commercial banking, small business management and healthcare administration. His commercial banking background covers almost 15 years of commercial lending, real estate lending, and mortgage warehousing. Troy's small business management experience includes work in real estate/property management with traditional and government-subsidized housing.
