QuickBooks Online allows users to access data anytime from anywhere. Developed specifically for beginners and prospective users, this course provides a practical hands-on approach to learning the features and the functions available to users using case studies in a computer lab environment. Participants will be able to access the QuickBooks Online version to learn how to setup a new company file, create product and service items, manage chart of accounts, add customer and vendor profiles, process daily transactions, electronically download bank transactions and also view reports.

David Lewis is the area director for the UGA SBDC in Brunswick. He is a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and QuickBooks Payroll Pro Advisor with over 20 years of experience in small business accounting. He has a passion for helping businesses streamline their operations and focus on growth through the use of financial tools and insights. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BBA in risk management and insurance, MBA). His diverse background, expertise and 30+ years of business consulting make him a valuable resource for business owners seeking to improve their financial management and achieve their growth goals.
