Sought after by acclaimed business schools such as Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Coles College of Business at KSU, and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business she educates EMBA and MBA students on the intricacies of franchising entrepreneurship and its economic and community impact. Leslie's consulting practice specializes in guiding corporate executives aspiring to become entrepreneurs through franchising using a strategic and thorough evaluation process.

David Chambless is president of Abraxas Business Services, specialists in business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, and exit strategy and succession planning for businesses with revenues of $5- to $30-million. For the past 14 years, Chambless has led a team of professionals that use proven methodologies developed over years of business brokerage and M&A experience to meet clients’ goals. He has a Master of Business Administration in Finance degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Tech. In 1982, he became a Certified Public Accountant.
