Whether you've been in business for twenty years or two years, SBDC GROWSMART™ can align your vision for your business with the steps to get you there. Create a framework to improve the performance of your business and shape the success of your business for years to come. Owning your own business is the American dream. Building it to withstand the test of time requires a unique set of tools. SBDC StartSmart™ provides the resources, support, and motivation to put your dream within reach. In just 8 three-hour sessions, learn to plan and analyze your vision by creating a thoroughly researched and tested business plan. All sessions are led by experienced SBDC facilitators who help create a unique and powerful learning experience. *Application Acceptance Required

ExportGA

By the last working session you will have identified prospects in your best export marketing, and you will be prepared to communicate and negotiate with them. You will actually be implementing what you are learning during five working sessions. Dedicated, experienced trade professionals provide you with hands-on consulting support. You MUST apply to this course and meet the criteria represented on the application.
