Many established business owners spend years serving customers, managing employees, and handling daily operations without stopping to evaluate what the business is actually creating for their future.
This interactive, in-person class helps owners think beyond the day-to-day and examine whether their business is positioned to create options to grow, sell, step back, transition, or fund the future.
Using case studies, guided discussion, and practical exercises, participants will examine how their personal goals, financial needs, and business value connect. Attendees will also receive practical takeaway tools, including a business readiness checklist and industry valuation information to help them begin thinking about what drives value in their business.
