May 9, 2020 – QuickBooks Online is one of Intuit’s primary products as it allows users to track and monitor accounting for your small business. This course is designed in support of the latest QuickBooks Online version. This is developed specifically for beginners, prospective users, and current customers who desire more benefits from the product. The course provides a practical hands on approach to learning the features and the functions available to users when using QuickBooks Online.
Using case studies in a Zoom meeting environment, participants will be able to learn how to set up a new company file, create product and service items, manage chart of accounts, add customer and vendor profiles, process daily transactions, electronically download bank transactions and also view reports.
You will need:
- internet access
- a computer with video and audio capabilities as class will be conducted as if in-person with discussion, group, and individual feedback during the workshop
- computer system will need Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader to access the files provided for the class
- free zoom account to authenticate users and admit to the class
- pre-registration is required; only registered participants will be admitted to the session
