He is also a certified behavioral consultant (DiSC) and prior business franchise owner who specializes in leadership, coaching, education, business development, team development, transformation and change management. Richard has a proven track record as a program manager, adept at risk mitigation and compliance. A dynamic educator specializing in business concepts and hospitality services and served as executive director/CEO of a 501(c)(3) organization, driving mission-driven impact and organizational growth through strategic leadership.
